We took our Grand Vin Chardonnay, our very first wine aged in oak barrels to Alderley Edge's first ever wine fest. Made from our 2011 harvest using only the most carefully selected premier vines and hand harvested pampered grapes, we aged our wine in premier French oak barrels.
